Salon Senior Manager – Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Salon Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of our salon. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage teams, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and supervise staff including stylists, therapists, front desk, and housekeeping.
• Monitor service quality, hygiene standards, and customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels of products, tools, and supplies.
• Drive sales, service targets, and performance of all departments.
• Plan and implement staff training, grooming, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing and relationship teams for promotions, offers, and client engagement.
• Analyze branch performance and suggest improvements for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or Senior Manager in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask across departments.
• Knowledge of latest salon trends, treatments, and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Cosmetology, Beauty Management, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of salon management experience, preferably in handling multi-specialty or chain salons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
