Job Description

JD for Salesforce + React Native ( Mobile app developer) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native for LOS workflows. Integrate mobile front-end with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and custom LOS modules. Work closely with the business team to understand loan lifecycle processes (e.g., lead capture, credit checks, underwriting, document uploads, approvals). Develop reusable components and libraries for future use. Implement secure and scalable integration with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, OAuth). Collaborate with backend developers, QA, and business analysts in an Agile environment. Ensure compliance with banking and data security standards in mobile-Salesforce integration. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native mobile application development. Experience in Salesforce platform integration, including authentication (OAuth), SOQL queries, and working with custom objects. Familiarity with loan origination workflows, customer onboarding, and KYC processes. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and mobile UI frameworks. Knowledge of mobile app deployment on Android and iOS platforms. Strong debugging and performance tuning skills. Comfortable with version control tools like Git and experience in CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or custom LOS solutions on Salesforce. Understanding of banking compliance, digital lending trends, and customer data security. Exposure to eKYC, document upload, and workflow-based mobile form design. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is a plus. Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., credit bureaus, document verification APIs). Responsibilities: Develop high-performing React Native apps with Salesforce integration using SoQL and Redux. Ensure code quality through testing and adherence to coding standards.
