We re looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions across the Salesforce platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Customize standard and custom objects, layouts, validation rules, and automation to support business processes. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, APIs, and internal systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Support, and IT to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions. Support various Salesforce products and features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud depending on business needs. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure high system reliability. Follow Salesforce development best practices including CI/CD, version control, and secure coding standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment planning. Stay informed of Salesforce platform updates, release cycles, and emerging capabilities. Contribute to process documentation, user training, and ongoing enhancements. Qualifications & Experience 3-5+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform. Strong proficiency in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL , and Flow Builder . Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and sharing model. Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), automation tools, and third-party platforms. Familiarity with multiple Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps processes for Salesforce development. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II , Admin , or relevant cloud consultant certs are a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is beneficial.
