Key Responsibilities: Technical: Design, develop, and deploy Health Cloud solutions on Salesforce. Configure and customize Health Cloud features (e.g., patient registration, provider management). Integrate Health Cloud with EHR systems, medical devices, and other healthcare applications. Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs. Utilize Salesforce Lightning Components and Visualforce pages. Health Domain: Understand healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10). Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7). Knowledge of healthcare workflows (e.g., patient engagement, population health). Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather requirements. Project Management: Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, business analysts). Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Requirements: Technical: 3+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Health Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Apex. Experience with EHR system integration and healthcare data standards. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Health Domain: 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT or related field. Understanding of healthcare regulations and industry standards. Knowledge of healthcare workflows and patient engagement strategies.
