Salesforce Developer - SMTS

You have over 8 years of IT experience with hands-on working experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Communities. You possess a strong working knowledge of APEX (classes, triggers, and web services), Salesforce APIs, and SOQL. You are familiar with Salesforce Platform Event Integration and Change Data Capture, as well as experienced in working on Salesforce Agentforce AI platform. Your proficiency extends to Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, with a good understanding of Salesforce DX. You excel in object-oriented design and have knowledge of design patterns, triggers, and integration frameworks. You are adept at implementing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other tools. Your responsibilities include participating in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities, troubleshooting technical issues and bugs, and configuring Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines for automation. You ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Your experience includes Salesforce configuration and customization, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, you have experience using Source Control Management systems like Git or Bitbucket, working with Visual Studio Code or equivalent IDE, and Agile/Scrum methodology. In terms of responsibilities, you are expected to analyze and understand existing implementations, possess strong analytical and debugging skills, build new applications on the Salesforce platform while following best practices, develop applications adhering to design patterns, write effective Apex test cases, and diagnose, track, and manage quality issues to resolution. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and product owners for product delivery and effectively communicate status and risks to the team and manager. Your deliverables and results should include delivering fully functional business logic with best practices incorporated, ensuring existing functionalities remain intact, implementing new triggers using the identified trigger framework, delivering effective unit test cases with 85% coverage covering various testing scenarios, documenting key designs, writing technical design documents, and deploying new functionalities to higher sandbox environments.,
