As a Salesforce CRM Analytics professional at Birlasoft in Pune, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, utilizing features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes. Additionally, you will integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications. Your tasks will also include optimizing the performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions to ensure efficient data processing, storage, and visualization. Furthermore, you will conduct training and provide technical support to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions. This role is within the Manufacturing & Automotive domain and requires 5-7 years of experience. The position is based in Pune, and it involves working from the office for 5 days a week.
