Sales Telecaller- Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and convert 2 two-wheeler customers per day
• Sell insurance products as per company offerings
• Achieve minimum 150 insurance policies per month
• Maintain records of policy sales and customer data
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets
• Provide updates and reports on daily performance

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Rs.12,000/month (on achieving 150 policies/month)
• Incentives & Travel Allowance applicable when meeting or exceeding targets
• If 125 policies completed: Rs.10,000 fixed pay
• If below 125 policies: Paid per policy (no incentives or travel reimbursement)
• Above 150 policies: Additional incentive per policy
• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
