Sales Team Leader

You are a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives. Your role involves supervising, training, and mentoring the team, setting sales goals, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and experience in driving sales performance. Your key responsibilities include leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Providing coaching, support, and training to enhance team skills and performance. Monitoring team performance, conducting regular performance reviews, and setting clear sales goals and KPIs. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, aligning sales goals with business objectives, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Additionally, you will prepare sales reports and forecasts, assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Requirements for this role include proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Supervisor, excellent leadership and team management skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service practices, ability to analyze data and performance metrics, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
