Sales Staff

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate with 1–2 years of experience in garment or retail sales. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a great shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store with product selection
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized
• Meet sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Handle billing, returns, and customer queries
• Stay updated on current trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in garment or retail sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is a plus
• Passion for fashion and styling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
