Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role include managing an international sales process focusing on US-based leads for premium business coaching events. You will be responsible for conducting follow-ups via calls, emails, and SMS to engage and inform potential customers. Your role will involve delivering persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of US customers and converting leads into ticket sales through effective objection handling. Additionally, you will be tasked with upselling additional services or event packages to increase revenue and building long-term relationships with prospects to foster trust and loyalty. It is essential to maintain accurate sales records and updated lead statuses in the CRM system while working closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign goals. Keeping informed about event features, benefits, and unique selling points to effectively position them in conversations is also a crucial aspect of this role. The requirements for this position include having fluent English communication skills with a strong American accent, which is mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred, particularly in an international sales process or US sales. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously are essential. Experience with CRM tools and sales software is required, along with being highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working during US business hours to connect with leads in real time. The ability to handle objections effectively and close high-ticket sales is also a key requirement.
