Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Kolkata

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in Sales (Event Management or B2B Sales preferred)

Salary: Negotiable (Includes attractive bonus + compensation package)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close deals with corporate and social event clients.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and ensure repeat business.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to deliver client expectations.

• Proven track record in event sales or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client handling.
• Prior experience in the event, hospitality, or corporate services sector is a strong plus.
