Role: Sales & Operations Associate

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with prospective students, clearly explaining our courses, benefits, and assisting them in joining our exciting drone programs.
• Handling inquiries with enthusiasm, following up diligently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Helping coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations.
• Collaborating with team members to develop innovative ideas to attract and retain students.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales and operational activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Problem-solving and creative thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
