Sales Officer - Spices Division

You are being recruited as a Sales Officer for the Spices Division at Mehta Tea Pvt. Ltd. located in Indore. Your primary work location will be in the Memad Area, covering the regions of Dhar and Khargone. With a required experience of 10-15 years in FMCG Sales, particularly in the spices sector, you are expected to hold a Graduate degree in any stream. Your role entails spearheading the entry of the company into the spices market by establishing a strong presence in the Memad region. This will involve tasks such as launching new spice products, appointing and managing local distributors and retailers, and driving market penetration strategies effectively. Your responsibilities will include building a robust distribution network for the spice products, overseeing the appointment and management of distributors and retailers, meeting primary and secondary sales targets, and enhancing the dealer and retailer networks in the region. As a candidate, you are required to possess a decade or more of relevant experience in FMCG sales, with a preference for expertise in the spices segment. A solid understanding of the Dhar, Khargone, and nearby markets is essential. You should demonstrate a track record of successfully appointing and managing channel partners, be self-motivated, target-driven, willing to travel, and equipped with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The remuneration offered for this position is the best in the industry along with incentives. Immediate joining is preferred for this full-time role with day shift timings.
