Role Overview:
We are expanding into the spices market and looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to establish and grow our presence in the Memad region (Dhar/Khargone). The ideal candidate must have strong experience in FMCG sales, especially in launching new products, appointing distributors, and driving market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish spice product distribution in the region
• Appoint and manage local distributors and retailers
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
• Strengthen dealer and retailer networks

Candidate Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales (spices preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Dhar, Khargone, and surrounding markets
• Proven ability to appoint and manage channel partners
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives
