Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Manage and build strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Expand distribution network by identifying and onboarding new retailers/distributors. Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in retail outlets. Execute trade promotions, schemes, and discounts effectively. Track and report competitor activities, market trends, and pricing insights. Share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product deliveries. Drive secondary sales and ensure proper stock management at the distributor level. Resolve distributor/retailer issues promptly and professionally.
