• Minimum 5 years of experience in

  FMCG sales

• Proven expertise in

  General Trade (GT)

  channel; exposure to other channels (Modern Trade, Horeca, etc.) will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in

  rural markets and handling Super Stockists

• Must have experience in

  managing a frontline sales team

  (Sales Executives, TSI, etc.)
• Strong knowledge and working experience in the specified HQ, nearby Tier 2 & 3 cities, and

  rural markets
