Sales MIS Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Data Management & Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources (e.g., operational data, sales data). o Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for management and other stakeholders. o Design, implement, and maintain reporting templates and dashboards.

2. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business operations. o Provide insights to support key business decisions and recommendations based on data findings. o Develop analytical models to help predict business outcomes and improve strategies.

3. System and Database Management: Ensure accurate and timely updating of data in the system or database. o Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues, ensuring smooth data flow across the organization. o Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure the integrity of data and systems used for reporting.

4. Collaboration with Other Departments: o Work with various departments (finance, operations, sales, etc.) to gather necessary data and provide analytical support. o Assist in identifying business needs and offer insights or suggestions based on data analysis.

5. Process Improvement: o Continuously review existing processes and suggest improvements for better data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency. o Implement best practices for data management and reporting.

6. Data Visualization: o Create visually appealing charts, graphs, and presentations to help stakeholders understand data insights clearly. o Develop automated dashboards for real-time tracking of KPIs and other key metrics.

7. Documentation & Compliance: o Maintain accurate records of reports, data analyses, and other relevant information. o Ensure that all data handling practices comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
