Job Description

Create a comprehensive business plan for the restaurant that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses.
Develop strategies to entice customers, including marketing plans, advertising campaigns, community outreach programs and research.
Prospect for new clients and develop sales pipelines through various channels, including cold calling, networking, email marketing, and online research.- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal and closure.
Look for new and innovative solutions to problems in the restaurant industry; use technology and social media to develop new ways to engage with customers; think; beyond what has already been done to create an even more productive establishment.
Lead the restaurant to achieve new and greater goals in order to stand above the competition within the industry.

Skills and Qualifications

Male Married
Bachelor’s Degree
5-10 years experience in a Sales & Manager in Restaurant Line will be preferred otherwise must have experience in DIRECT SALES.
Must have experience of B2B Sales .
Knowledge about driving sales and meeting financial goals
Results driven individual with demonstrated record of prior success
Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and Staff.

CANDIDATES PROFILE -:

-Graduate Male Married must have hands on experience in DIRECT SALES, FIELD SALES and B2C etc.

- Hotel / Restaurant experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
