Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced or fresher Business Development Manager to join our team. The role involves regional marketing and sales, with a focus on client relationship management and business growth within the construction, real estate development, and architectural sectors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong reasoning abilities, and a passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and construction professionals. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including email correspondence, for internal and external communication. Manage client accounts and drive sales through targeted marketing campaigns. Gain exposure to companies of various sizes and industries across the country. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Graduate degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or Interior Design. Prior experience in marketing building and interior products to architects and interior designers is a plus. Preferred Skills: Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Bengali, or any regional language. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and email correspondence. Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools (optional).
