Job Title: Field Marketing Executive Location: DELHI / NCR, MUMBAI, GUJARAT, WEST BENGAL, PUNJAB Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, executing on-ground promotional activities, generating leads, and supporting local marketing initiatives. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities: Distribute promotional materials and educate potential channel partners about the company’s offerings. Generate qualified leads through field interactions and ensure smooth handover to the sales team. Identify and build relationships with Stock Brokers, CA and Banks to boost outreach. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from the field. Provide daily/weekly reports on activities, leads generated, and feedback from the market. Ensure brand visibility and adherence to brand guidelines in all field activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 12th Pass or above Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or brand activation preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Comfortable with travel and outdoor work. Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with local geography is a plus. Basic reporting and MS Office skills.
