Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, promoting products or services, and developing marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, and client visits.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and manage content for promotional materials, social media, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with product development and customer service teams for market feedback.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and meet assigned targets.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,184.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month
