Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for renewable energy products and services.
• Drive business development across

  Solar, BESS, Wind, Hybrid, and Microgrid

  verticals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  EPCs, OEMs, Panel Builders, Switchgear Clients, Consultants, Developers

  , and

  System Integrators

  .
• Conduct

  technical-commercial presentations

  , support tendering, and prepare project-specific proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and project delivery.
• Track customer interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at

  industry exhibitions, events, and client meetings

  to generate leads and market presence.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and increase market penetration in the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Qualification:

  B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Energy/Power Engineering; MBA preferred.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  5 years

  in

  B2B sales or business development

  within the

  renewable energy industry

  .
• Strong understanding of

  power control systems, energy storage, and hybrid energy solutions

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong network in the

  renewable energy ecosystem

  in India is highly desirable.
• Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel extensively across regions.
