Sales Manager- SME loans

As a Sales Manager located in Noida sec 125, you will be responsible for driving Business Development activities, including Deal Negotiation and Supply Chain Finance, particularly in the areas of BL/Working capital loans and B2B sales. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual who thrives on challenges and is passionate about making a significant impact on enterprises by offering tailored financial solutions and digitalizing their supply chain processes. Your primary focus will be on expanding the supplier financing vertical through the utilization of advanced technologies and data to develop a cutting-edge and reliable SCF platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing and growing the supply chain finance portfolio by identifying and cultivating anchor corporates for Invoice discounting and distribution finance products. - Developing and expanding a sales funnel for enterprise clients, ensuring the achievement of client conversion targets as per agreed KPIs. - Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding of enterprise clients and their channel partners onto the platform. - Evaluating the competition in the SCF product solutions space, crafting unique value propositions to attract potential clients. - Forming strategic partnerships for customized lending solutions and increasing wallet share with enterprise clients. - Overseeing the operational implementation of the business plan, ensuring successful deal execution and comprehensive documentation.
