Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. You will manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance. Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities will be a key part of your role. You will also negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue. Utilizing Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics will be essential. Building strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention is crucial. Collaboration with marketing teams to align strategies and promotional efforts will be required. Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting strategies accordingly will also be part of your responsibilities. The successful candidate will have proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying growth opportunities is necessary. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential. Strong technical sales acumen, particularly in understanding product specifications and applications, is required. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships are a must. Experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met effectively, is preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating a team towards success, are also essential.
