Sales Manager - Real estate We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders. Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. High level of professionalism and customer focus.
