Role Overview:

As Sales Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and partners. Your role will centre around nurturing leads, closing deals, building relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences — all while aligning with the aesthetic and vision of Nuptials and Co.

Responsibilities:

Drive and convert inbound/outbound leads for wedding planning and styling services

Manage client inquiries, conduct consultations, and prepare custom proposals

Build and maintain long-term client relationships and referral networks

Collaborate with the planning, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless handovers

Set and track sales targets and KPIs

Maintain CRM systems and sales reports

Represent Nuptials and Co at wedding showcases and networking events

Qualifications:

Have 3+ years of experience in luxury sales, client servicing, or event sales (wedding industry experience is a bonus!)

Are an excellent communicator — persuasive, personable, and professional

Have strong organisational and negotiation skills

Are comfortable working with high-value clients and timelines

Understand the nuances of modern Indian weddings and evolving consumer expectations

Are a team player, but can own your space with confidence and clarity
