Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Manage a team of Relationship Officers to achieve sales targets through direct and open market channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Job Requirements : 3-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry as a Sales Manager or similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through direct sales, field sales, LAP (Loan Against Property), LOC (Line of Credit) products. Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to build relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs). Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels.
