Role & responsibilities Responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve targets within the LAP segment. They develop strategies, build client relationships, and ensure the overall success of LAP sales. This involves identifying opportunities, recruiting and training the sales team, and managing the sales process from lead generation to loan closing. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets for LAP products, identifying market opportunities, and monitoring trends. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential, to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Lead Generation and Sales Process: Identifying potential clients, generating leads, and managing the loan application and closing process. Performance Management: Conducting regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations to track progress and address issues.
