The role involves expanding and nurturing the DSA network to source high-quality SME LAP business in the assigned region. KRA • Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs to source LAP for SME clients. • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive consistent lead flow. • Ensure disbursement targets are met in line with business objectives. • Ensure end-to-end coordination between DSA, credit, and operations teams. • Monitor DSA performance and conduct regular training & engagement programs. • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulations. • Gather market intelligence and keep track of competitor strategies. Requirements • 2 to 6 years of experience in secured lending (preferably LAP) through DSAs or channel sales. • Knowledge of SME customer profiles, lending documentation, and local market dynamics. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment. • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred.
