Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling, distributing, and marketing our products/services, managing existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company's products/services to existing and potential customers.
  
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  
• Identify new markets and customer needs through thorough market research and analysis.
  
• Manage distribution channels to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
  
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  
• Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends for continuous improvement.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  
• Generate regular reports on sales, business development activities, and competitor analysis.

• Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales or business development.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  
• Knowledge of the local market (Hyderabad) is an advantage.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 3 6 years of relevant experience in sales/business development.
