Sales Manager (Banking)

You are a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with 12 years of relevant experience, responsible for promoting and selling Bank of Baroda Investment Policies to retail and corporate clients. Your role includes identifying and acquiring new customers through various sales strategies, providing detailed product information, and assisting clients in selecting suitable investment options. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing support and service to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's profitability. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 12 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or banking. Your strong knowledge of investment products and banking policies, coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, will be essential. Moreover, your customer orientation, sales acumen, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are crucial for success.
