Key Responsibilities : Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team. Design, enhance, and implement comprehensive sales strategies and promotional activities across projects to create new markets and meet sales targets Lead aggressive sales planning, forecasting, and customer service management efforts. Devise innovative selling techniques and promotional schemes to maximize outreach and conversion. Monitor competitor trends and benchmark offerings to stay competitive in terms of pricing, quality, and location. Educate clients on current market trends, rental yields, and potential price appreciation of properties Identify new business opportunities through market scanning and develop/implement growth plans. Achieve top-line revenue targets in line with the projects business goals. Ensure a superior customer experience across the client lifecycle. Implement evaluation and categorization mechanisms for channel partners. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries, methods, and results. Oversee internal sales operations and ensure efficient process management. Conduct regular analysis of sales trends and develop targeted strategies accordingly. Propose and execute promotional activities aligned with the projects sales plan. Participate in negotiations and drive deals to successful closure.
