Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant _Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales Operations In this role we are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer with strong expertise in the Sales module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, customizing, and extending D365 CE applications to solve real-world business problems, especially in sales processes such as lead-to-cash, opportunity management, and pipeline forecasting. Key Responsibilities: . Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE Sales App using out-of-the-box features, Power Platform components, and custom code. . Develop custom entities, business process flows, forms, views, plugins, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems via APIs and middleware. . Develop Power Automate flows and canvas/model-driven Power Apps. . Implement business logic across the Lead, Opportunity, Quote, and Order processes. . Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. . Troubleshoot issues and perform system health checks and enhancements in live environments. . Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities as part of DevOps cycles. . Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security policies. . Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills . Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), especially Sales Hub. . Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Automate. . Experience with Dataverse, Dual Write, Custom Entities, Business Rules, and Form Scripting. . Experience in deploying and supporting solutions in a production environment. . Strong command over security roles, solution layering, and deployment strategies. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and DevOps pipelines. . Understanding of lead management, sales pipeline, product catalog, and forecasting.. . Bachelor&rsquos degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. . Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 like PL-200, MB-210, or PL-400 (preferred but not mandatory). . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. . Good communication and collaboration skills across functional teams. . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
