About the Role:

Uniformers is a startup focused on manufacturing high-quality uniforms for workspaces. Were looking for a proactive Sales Head to lead outreach to corporates and government departments. Youll identify leads, pitch to decision-makers, track government orders (including tenders), and drive institutional sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch to CXOs, admin heads, and purchase teams in companies.
• Identify and pursue government uniform contracts and tenders.
• Conduct market research and generate B2B leads.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B/institutional sales (preferably uniforms/textiles).
• Confident communicator with strong online research skills.
• Familiarity with Gem portal and government procurement processes a plus. Role & responsibilities
