The ideal candidate must have-

1. 20+ years of experience in sales for IVD/medical device, with minimum 10 years of experience in manager management.
2. Proven ability to engage with CXOs and key decision-makers in diagnostics/hospital chains.
3. Strong target orientation with a consistent track record of sales achievement.
4. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills - open-minded, empathetic, adaptable, and effective in a matrix environment.
5. Exposure to managing business partners/distributors along with internal cross-functional leadership
