Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales leads and business opportunities within the car parking systems market (including automated parking, mechanical lifts, etc.).
  • Conduct regular visits and presentations to potential clients, architects, real estate developers, contractors, and facility managers.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored parking solutions that meet technical and budgetary needs.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maintaining company profitability. Collaborate with the engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the companys products.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in B.tech/ B.E (Mechanical) Required.
  • 1 - 4 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, construction, or car parking solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the car parking industry and related technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong customer focus and the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Must be able to read Auto cad Drawings.
