Responsibilities:
Taking care of budgeted business targets and ensuring its achievement.
· Managing Profit & Loss of Branch.· Taking care of Car and CV product loan business.· Proper market mapping of the assigned territory.· Training and people development.· Portfolio management in coordination with Credit, Operations & Collection.· Taking care of collections, strong check on the ID, ED & NS cases.· Regular review meetings with teams below and above hierarchy.· Builds business by identifying and developing a strong dealer and channel network.· Identifies business prospects and converting them into opportunities.· Resolution of PDD.
