Job Summary (नौकरी का सारांश):A Credit Card Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to potential customers through direct interactions, tele-calling, or field sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, target orientation, and a customer-focused attitude. क्रेडिट कार्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव ग्राहकों को क्रेडिट कार्ड के लाभ समझाकर उन्हें कार्ड लेने के लिए प्रेरित करता है। इस भूमिका में फील्ड वर्क और टारगेट परफॉर्मेंस दोनों शामिल हैं। Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ):संभावित ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना और उन्हें क्रेडिट कार्ड की जानकारी देना। ग्राहकों को कार्ड के लाभ, ऑफर, और शुल्क की जानकारी देना। डेली/साप्ताहिक/मासिक सेल्स टारगेट को पूरा करना। फॉर्म भरवाना और आवश्यक दस्तावेज इकट्ठा करना। ग्राहक की पात्रता की प्राथमिक जाँच करना। फॉलो-अप कॉल्स और विज़िट्स के ज़रिए लीड्स को कन्वर्ट करना। बिक्री से संबंधित रिपोर्ट बनाना और सीनियर्स को अपडेट देना। कंपनी की नीतियों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना। Required Skills (आवश्यक कौशल):प्रभावशाली कम्युनिकेशन स्किल (हिंदी/अंग्रेज़ी दोनों में बेहतर हो तो अच्छा) ग्राहकों से बात करने और उन्हें कन्विंस करने की क्षमता टारगेट-ओरिएंटेड माइंडसेट ईमानदारी, आत्मविश्वास और अनुशासन बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान (Excel, CRM, आदि) Qualification & Experience (योग्यता और अनुभव):न्यूनतम 12वीं पास (ग्रेजुएशन हो तो वरीयता दी जाएगी) फ्रेशर आवेदन कर सकते हैं (पूर्व सेल्स/बैंकिंग अनुभव हो तो लाभदायक) फील्ड सेल्स/डायरेक्ट मार्केटिंग में अनुभव हो तो वरीयता
