Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Education Services

Location: Madurai (Field + Office Work)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to promote our educational programs including Study Abroad, NEET/JEE Coaching, IELTS Training, and Career Support Services. The role involves both tele-calling and local field activities like flyer distribution and school/college visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and follow up on leads from WhatsApp, website, phone, and campaigns.
• Explain course details clearly to students and parents and convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain regular follow-up using WhatsApp, calls, and CRM updates.
• Conduct flyer distribution in target areas like tuition centers, schools, hostels, and public spaces.
• Participate in school/college visits and local marketing events.
• Help with organizing seminars, awareness drives, and walk-ins.
• Meet weekly/monthly enrollment and outreach targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus)
• Friendly, confident, and student-focused approach
• Ability to manage both office follow-ups and field activities
• Basic computer & WhatsApp/web knowledge
• Strong sense of ownership and punctuality

Eligibility:

• Minimum: Any Degree / Diploma
• Experience in sales, marketing, or counseling is an added advantage
• Two-wheeler preferred for local field visits
