Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and helping students enroll in our programs. If you're passionate about education and have a flair for communication and persuasion, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up on potential students or clients.
• Pitch and promote educational services and training programs.
• Counsel students regarding course selection and career pathways.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
