Job Summary:
Responsible for the software sales and providing training to customers.
Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the software offered by the company.
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
Follow up potential clients to close sales.
Demonstrate product features before a sale.
Should handle customer queries.
Must have good analytical & interpersonal skills.
Proficient in client interaction.
