Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote IFM EDU ACADEMY’s training programs and drive student enrollments. This role involves fieldwork, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential students, educational institutions, and corporate clients to promote IFM EDU’s programs.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to showcase course offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for student enrollments.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and telecalling efforts.
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and career opportunities in Facilities Management.
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems with client interactions.
• Travel to meet clients and attend events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
