Sales Executive for Loans

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Loans to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling various loan products such as home loans, personal loans, business loans, education loans, vehicle loans, and gold loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, and documentation process
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure timely processing
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application processing

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Prior experience in loan sales or financial services is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation process
