Peon/Office boy

We are hiring a reliable and responsible Peon / Office Boy to assist in basic office tasks and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, honest, and willing to support the team in maintaining office cleanliness, serving guests, and performing errands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors
• Keep the office premises clean and tidy
• Open and close the office on time
• Deliver or collect documents within or outside the office
• Assist in filing, photocopying, and handling small office tasks
• Handle basic errands such as bank runs or utility bill payments
• Support staff as needed with miscellaneous tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 8th or 10th pass
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness
• Well-mannered and respectful behavior
• Punctual and trustworthy
• Ability to read basic instructions in Hindi or Punjabi
• Physically fit and active
