JOB DESCRIPTION: Experience in fire and safety products and services Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and equipment needs Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Completing orders and keeping customers informed of delivery dates Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
