Job Title: Sales Executive – Heat Pump Division

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Experience: 1-5 years in Heat Pump, HVAC, or Industrial Equipment Sales

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales of Heat Pump and Industrial HVAC products.
• Identify new clients and expand the customer base.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and upsell products.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competition analysis.
• Understand client requirements and offer custom solutions.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and service team.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of heat pumps and HVAC systems.
• Proven track record of B2B/B2C industrial sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
