Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Contec Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our top-notch construction services. Your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and nurture long-term business relationships will be essential in driving our company's growth in the construction and real estate sectors. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads through various channels, conducting client meetings, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. It will be crucial for you to maintain an updated CRM system with client interactions and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction industry. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools will be advantageous, and a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel locally is required. While a background in construction, architecture, or real estate is a nice-to-have, having an existing network of industry contacts will be beneficial.
