Role: Fashion Jewellery Sales Staff (Male & Female) Location: Tirur, Kerala
Salary: Competitive ₹13,000–₹25,000/month + incentives Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Shop’s day-to-day activities
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery souvenirs Demonstrate deep product knowledge (Swarovski Crystals)Achieve and exceed monthly sales targetsHandle billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain POS accuracy Manage inventory, stock-taking, and display maintenanceParticipate in promotional activities & perform merchandising displays
Requirements:
1–2 years of jewellery retail experience preferred Excellent communication in Malayalam
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills Willingness to work weekends and rotational shifts
Perks & Benefits:
Salary ₹13,000–₹25,000/month
