Qualification: DME/BE 5-10 years experience, up to 35 years. Designation: Sales Engineer / Junior Manager/Assistant Manager -Sales & Business Development SBU: Drives & Transmission Grade : Junior to Mid Level Experience : 5-10 years Location: Baroda, Hyderabad Products to be handled: Rotary Joints, Pneumatic Clutches, Shock absorbers, Mechanical Seals The Customer base The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial sales within sectors such as Steel, Automotive, Ancillary, and General Industries . Lead generation to the successful execution of the order and all types of coordination related to it which typically includes: 1 . Responsible for developing sales in the entire region. 2. Organizing sales visits, and identifying and establishing new business. 3. Having technical / commercial discussion / negotiations with customer 4. Meeting sales target set for the area 5. Providing pre-sales technical discussion /assistance and product education to customers 6. Supporting marketing by attending trade shows , conferences, and other marketing activities. Qualifications: Educational Background: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Skills: Ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills. Travelling required approx. 10 days a month
