Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
international B2B lead generation
through email, phone, and LinkedIn for IT services such as ServiceNow implementation
, Salesforce customization
, cloud consulting
, and offshore software development
. - Run
cold outreach campaigns
targeting decision-makers in companies across the United States
, Canada
, and Australia
. - Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and CRM platforms like HubSpot
or Salesforce
to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
. - Engage with CXOs, CTOs, IT managers, and other stakeholders to introduce
IT consulting services
, SaaS solutions
, CRM implementations
, and IT staff augmentation offerings
. - Qualify prospects based on their interest, needs, and readiness to engage with our sales team for custom IT solutions or managed offshore services.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine lead qualification criteria and improve campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, and meeting outcomes within the CRM.
- Participate in weekly reviews, sales enablement sessions, and strategy meetings with leadership.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in
IT services sales
, international sales
, inside sales
, or software services lead generation
. - Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as
HubSpot
or Salesforce
for pipeline tracking, activity logging, and conversion tracking. - Deep understanding of
IT services

. - Demonstrated success in running

U.S., Canada, or Australia
